How many leads can i expect to get once your live?

You can expect 4 – 8 leads each week depending on your area and job type.

When can i expect to start receiving jobs?

1st january 2026 – save the date

What services do you provide?

plumbing, gardening, electrical, plastering, fencing, painting, Furniture assembly to name a few but we are planning to have over 200 services available in year 1

What does the EasyFixed tradie membership include?

How much does it cost to join the membership?

$100 for a limited time only

How do I get access to jobs once I join?

You have a few options.

  1. Log into our app to see available jobs
  2. Get a text notification
  3. Phone call from our sales team

How are jobs matched to tradies?

To name a few: Your Availability, your location, Customer star rating, Selected services you provide, and other data we collect that is our secret sauce to make this all work the best it can

Notes : 1 job only gets sent to 1 tradie. This means 100% success rate for you

Do I get to choose which jobs I accept?

Yes, you get sent the job and if you decide to decline it will then get sent to another tradie for acceptance. You will however have a time limit of 24 hours to decide if you want to accept it or not

Do i get paid an hourly rate or a fixed rate per jobs?

Fixed rate, We will show you the breakdown of material cost allowed, labour cost allowed, and estimated profit allowed.

How do I get paid for the jobs?

50% deposit will be sent to your nominated bank account for the total job value, this ensures the customer cannot back out and your materials are covered to ensure you have cashflow. Once completed we send the customer and you a link to accept and funds will then get released for the final amount

Does EasyFixed take a commission from each job?

Yes, easyfixed takes a 10-15% commission on the total job value

What happens if a customer cancels?

The customer has a cooling off period of 24 hours as their deposit sits in our secure bank account. The customer cannot cancel once a tradie has accepted the job and deposits have been sent to the tradie. ( This is an automated transfer, once the job is accepted from the tradie )

Who do I contact if I have an issue with a job or customer?

Contact our sales team, we will then contact the customer and sort it out if you cannot do it yourself.

Can I pause or cancel my membership anytime?

Yes, you can pause or cancel the membership anytime inside the app inside the settings ( membership )

Will I get reviews or ratings from customers?

Yes, every customer is obligated to give you a review for our internal use.

What happens if there is extra work the customer is asking me to do ?

You can decline or you can do a cash price fixed quote for this but its up to you to discuss with the customer which we wont take any commission for.

What happens if the customers order is wrong ?

The customer has 24 hours to confirm their order is correct before its sent to a tradie so its double checked as we send a reminder to them. If the order is still wrong when you get to site as things change you are obligated to discuss this with the customer first and then discuss this with us which we will sort out with customer.
