Can I make changes to my booking after payment?
Yes, you can request changes by contacting us. However If your job has already been locked in or started with one of our tradies you can discuss with them and they will discuss with us so we can provide you with an updated quote
Are your tradies licensed and insured?
Absolutely. All our tradies are fully licensed, insured, and are highly vetted to meet our company internal standards
How long will it take to complete my job?
Project timelines vary depending on the job type and availability. You’ll get an estimated time frame during the quote process, but generally we aim to have all jobs completed within 1 month. If its any longer we aim to hire more tradies. Our tradies are the best at what they do so we believe a little wait is worth it.
What if I’m not satisfied with the work?
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If something isn’t right that your tradie cannot help with, contact us and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly and fairly to ensure we get all issues resolved.
