Which lock suits your door
A double cylinder deadbolt is the most secure option for front doors because it locks with a key from both sides. It sits above your existing handle and is the standard choice for a proper front entrance.
An entrance knobset or leverset replaces the existing handle and locks with a key outside and a turn button inside. Levers are easier to grip than knobs, so they suit households with kids, older hands or accessibility needs.
A deadlatch is a heavy duty night latch that automatically locks every time the door closes. It is popular for apartments, units and anyone who wants the door to stay secure without remembering to throw a deadbolt.
Supply or install only
When EasyFixed supplies the lock, the hardware is covered by our 12-month replacement warranty on top of the manufacturer warranty. We bring the lock to the job and make sure it fits before we start.
If you already have a lock, we install it and cover our workmanship only. The manufacturer warranty still applies to the hardware you bought.
How the job runs
You pick the lock in the calculator, choose how many doors, and book a time. Most single lock jobs take 30 to 60 minutes on site.
We remove the old lock, check the door bore and backset, fit the new hardware, align the strike so the door latches cleanly, and test everything before we leave. If the door does not close properly we adjust it as part of the install.
