Why Colorbond is the default choice in Melbourne
Colorbond is steel, so it does not rot, does not warp and termites have no interest in it. The baked on finish holds colour for decades and never needs painting. For most Melbourne backyards it is the lowest lifetime cost option once you count the staining a timber fence needs.
